Meet Our Founder and Expert Property Manager

Karina Cremona is the founder of Nepean Property Co. and the driving force behind its personalised, no nonsense approach to Property Management. With over 23 years of local experience, she’s built a reputation for being approachable, detail oriented, and genuinely committed to her clients.

As both a Licensed Real Estate Agent and an acute property investor, Karina understands the realities of owning a rental. She brings this perspective to every property she manages, working closely with landlords to provide clear communication, trusted advice, and a level of care that larger agencies simply can’t match.
As a lifelong local of the Nepean and Hawkesbury regions, Karina is deeply connected to the community she has always called home and has a genuine understanding of the people who live here.

Outside of work, Karina is a dedicated mum to three energetic boys and enjoys being on the sidelines supporting their soccer games, staying actively involved in their local club. Karina enjoys travelling and camping with her family but also appreciates life’s quieter moments, whether it’s going for a walk, getting creative with colouring, or unwinding watching a good movie.

Property Associate

Alicia Xiberras has been working in the real estate industry since November 2024. During her time in the field, she has developed a strong passion for property management and thrives on building meaningful relationships with both landlords and tenants. Alicia is currently expanding her expertise through a real estate traineeship with her current company, combining hands-on experience with formal training to deepen her knowledge and skills in property management.

A proud graduate of Xavier College’s Class of 2024, Alicia achieved an ATAR of 89.90, demonstrating her dedication to excellence and strong work ethic. She finds the most rewarding aspect of property management to be the opportunity to meet new people and assist them in finding a place they can call home. Alicia is committed to providing attentive, personalized service and takes pride in meeting each client’s unique needs.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time outdoors, going for walks, socialising, and sharing quality time with her family and friends. This personal balance helps her stay grounded and energized, allowing her to approach her professional responsibilities with enthusiasm and a fresh perspective.
